- The client operates a variety of equipment across hundreds of warehouses and logistic centres. This creates a challenge for standardising data collection and visibility into plant operations.
- It was determined that a standardised SCADA solution would be beneficial to better centralise data visibility.

- Provide a turnkey solution at 180+ sites located across North America with experience of successfully deploying large-scale, multi-site projects.
- Work alongside multiple internal engineering teams engaged in supporting the project. ITI Group has worked with these teams in the past and was able to quickly establish a pace to complete the sites in-line
