We invest in people – Cimlogic achieve Investor in People Silver Accreditation

Cimlogic, a Digital Manufacturing Solutions and Services organisation with offices in the UK and North America, is delighted to announce that they have achieved We invest in people Silver accreditation once again.

Cimlogic first gained Investors in People (IIP) Silver accreditation in 2018 and have since been working hard to develop people practices, whilst maintaining their strong company values and ethos.

Gaining the silver accreditation highlights that Cimlogic has the right principles and structure in place, with the right management and leadership to provide a supportive environment so that everyone in the organisation feels valued and empowered. According to IIP, Silver is a fantastic achievement that only 15% of the organisations assessed by them achieve.
