Mark has significant commercial experience as an independent advisor to Private Equity Investors, Industrial Technology Companies and Start-up Businesses. He also has a wealth of industry knowledge gained through an extensive engineering career, culminating in executive leadership positions at other UK System Integration companies.
Mark joined ITI Group in January 2021 as Chairman and since then, his market awareness, network connections and competitor insight have proven invaluable, helping to shape the Group and enable it to deliver on its ambitions whilst delivering exceptional value to customers.

Dominic was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in April 2024, and is now responsible for the overall strategic direction and growth of ITI Group.
His leadership experience spans managing international businesses and delivery of enterprise-wide, transformational change in PE-backed and listed organisations. Having worked across multiple geographies, Dominic has extensive experience in strategy, corporate development, commercial development and account management, operational improvement and programme management.
Prior to joining ITI Group, Dominic held multiple roles at Element Materials Technology including Vice President, Connected Technologies business unit for EMEA and Americas regions; Global lead for HSEQ & Operational Excellence; and Post Merger Integration lead for Element/Exova PLC acquisition. Dominic also held previous positions with Schlumberger and Deloitte.

Paul joined ITI in November 2021 as Chief Operating Officer in order to help the company to achieve its growth ambitions. A passionate and highly motivated Chartered Quantity Surveyor FRICS, Paul has extensive operational and commercial experience in systems integration and main automation contracting.
Paul is a successful change leader with a track record of delivering results. He is responsible for all operations across ITI, delivering projects, driving strategic growth objectives, and ensuring operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

Marcus has over 14 years’ experience as a financial director, and has held similar positions with other companies in the professional services, project management, and engineering sectors. He was also CFO at another UK System Integration company for six years before joining ITI Group.
Marcus started his career as a chartered accountant in an accountancy firm, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Maths from the University of Liverpool. He is responsible for the financial management and control of the business, ensuring that all financial operations are running smoothly and efficiently. Marcus joined the ITI Group Board as CFO in 2023, with a focus on ensuring the future of the business in line with our growth expectations.

Dominic joined ITI Group in the summer of 2024 to lead our commercial organisation, including sales, marketing, business development and customer relationships.
He has over 44 years of experience in industrial automation and digital transformation technologies, starting his career as an engineering apprentice at what became ABB, before moving into sales. He then spent 35 years at Allan-Bradley/Rockwell Automation, where he excelled across many different areas of the business, from account management and project management, to running capital project and service divisions, eventually becoming responsible for global sales.
Dominic’s dedication, adaptability, and customer-first approach ensures that we build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that the customer is at the centre of all our growth initiatives.

CIPD Level 7 qualified, Kelly built her HR career within various manufacturing and engineering organisations where she led on prudent recruitment and talent development initiatives, with more recent focus on various change management projects.
Kelly now heads up ITI’s HR activity with the goal of delivering positive people management practices and HR Strategy, in order to build and empower a highly skilled and motivated workforce to deliver the best possible service to our clients.
